Inquiries & QuotesSubmitting this form is an inquiry only and does not guarantee product availability or reserve your requested date. All orders are subject to review and approval by Adeline’s Candy Co.
Order Confirmation & Payment Your order is confirmed only after the order details, pricing, and applicable terms have been approved and the required payment has been received.
All Sales Are Final — No Refunds All payments for confirmed custom orders are nonrefundable. All sales are final. Please review your order details carefully before submitting payment.
Final Order Details — 10-Day Deadline All order details, including product selections, quantities, flavors, personalization, and packaging, must be finalized no later than 10 days before the requested in-hand date. Changes requested after this deadline may not be accommodated.
Order Changes & Additional Fees Each order includes one change request before the 10-day finalization deadline. Additional change requests will incur an additional fee. All changes are subject to approval, product availability, and production timelines. Changes may include adjustments to quantities, product selections, flavors, packaging, personalization, or other previously approved order details. Any applicable fees will be communicated before additional changes are processed.
Custom Products & Packaging Special packaging, personalization, and custom product requests may require additional preparation time and charges. Any applicable fees will be communicated before the order is finalized.
Lead Time Custom orders should be submitted as early as possible, especially for weddings, large celebrations, and orders requiring personalized packaging. Availability depends on order size, product selection, and production schedules.
Pickup & Timing Orders will be scheduled for pickup at an agreed-upon date and time. Our normal business days and hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Special Event Fees Orders requiring special arrangements outside our normal business days or hours may be subject to additional Special Event fees. Any applicable fees will be communicated and agreed upon before the order is confirmed.
Adeline’s Candy Company Private Event Reservation Policy
Please review our reservation policy before submitting your inquiry.
Full Payment Required: Full payment for the agreed-upon event is required to reserve and confirm your date. An inquiry or preliminary discussion does not guarantee a reservation.
No Refunds: All event payments are nonrefundable. Refunds will not be issued for customer cancellations or changes in attendance.
Special Event Fees: Adeline’s Candy Co.’s normal business days and hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Events requested outside these days and hours will be subject to additional Special Event fees. Any applicable fees will be communicated and agreed upon before the event is confirmed and payment is collected.
Availability: All events are subject to availability and approval by Adeline’s Candy Co.
Event Details: Guest count, experience, pricing, and other arrangements must be agreed upon before payment and confirmation.
